 This experience is rooted in the principle of pendulation - the natural rhythm between activation and settling, expansion and return. Join us for a 90-minute guided breathwork journey using Conscious Connected Breath - a continuous, circular breathing technique that supports awareness, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation.

Supported by immersive music and intentional guidance, you’ll be led through waves of breath and sensation that build capacity—not by pushing limits, but by learning how to move with them.

A rhythmic, continuous breath - without pauses between inhale and exhale - designed to:

  • Increase oxygenation and circulation

  • Bring awareness to sensation and internal patterns

  • Support emotional release and integration

  • Engage the body’s natural regulatory mechanisms

  • Open access to deeper states of presence and insight

When practiced with intention and pacing, this breath becomes a powerful tool for expanding your capacity to stay present with your experience.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE EVENT?

Important notes:

  • Contraindications: Conscious Connected Breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions: Pregnancy, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, history of stroke or aneurysm, epilepsy or seizure disorders, glaucoma or retinal detachment, severe asthma, recent surgery or physical injury, or any condition that may be impacted by intense breathing practices.
    If you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating. Guided facilitation in yogic philosophy, pranayama/breathwork, and Sankalpa Dhāraṇā Meditation (Quantum Manifestation)
  • Sound healing with live instruments and vibrational resonance
  • Printed Sankalpa Dhāraṇā reflection workbook: Pranayama, Yama & Niyama content, Journaling space and integration questions.
  • Supportive community environment

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat  
  • Blanket or layers (body temperature may fluctuate)  
  • Eye mask (optional)  
  • Water  
  • Journal (optional for integration)

This session is designed as a gradual unfolding:
  • Grounding and orientation into the body and breath  
  • Introduction to Conscious Connected Breath (continuous inhale/exhale through the mouth)  
  • Guided waves of activation and settling—moving between sensation and rest  
  • Space to notice, feel, and return without overwhelm  
  • Integration through stillness, awareness, and subtle connection  
You’ll be invited to work at your own pace, with constant permission to soften, pause, or adjust. This is not about intensity.   It’s about building trust in your body’s ability to feel and come back.
