A Foundational & Nurturing Yoga Experience you were looking for in your mother tongue!

This 60 minute class is specially designed for beginners and anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of yoga fundamentals in Mandarin. We prioritize your individual body's needs by embracing the Iyengar method, using props (blocks, straps, blankets) to ensure safe, precise alignment in each pose. We offer private groups with limited capacity of 15 people procession to guarantee maximum attention to each client.

  • Luxurious Restoration: Class concludes with a deeply relaxing Savasana, featuring optional essential oils and a soothing shoulder & neck massage to release lingering tension, leaving you feeling profoundly restored and rejuvenated.

Please reserve a spot as early as you can because our facility is a boutique studio where we respect personal space and limit the number of participants to make sure everyone is seen and have enough space to practice.

We offer early bird discounts and discounts for our studio members.

In case you decided to join the workshop but it is already full please sign up for the waitlist and reach to the studio via info@solaryouyoga.com. In case some participants will have to skip it we will reach out to you with the invitation. We will fully refund to waitlist participants if they did not get their spot in the workshop.
