  • Luxurious Restoration: Class concludes with a deeply relaxing Savasana, featuring optional essential oils and a soothing shoulder & neck massage to release lingering tension, leaving you feeling profoundly restored and rejuvenated.

Jialing Wu is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher — sensitive, intelligent, and deeply experienced, having walked the full path from beginner to advanced yogi. Passionate about yoga, she shares her love through clear and accessible explanations that make the foundations of yoga easy to understand. Whether you’re new to yoga or already practicing and wish to deepen your understanding of asanas, Jialing gently and wisely guides you toward greater awareness and balance.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS TO ATTEND THE CLASSES IN MANDARIN?

You will only do a soft form of yin yoga. No flow, no vinyasa, no strenghtening.

If you have any medical restrictions and injuries we ask you contact us via info@solaryouyoga.com to consult with leading teacher.

SHOULD I RESERVE A SPOT UPFRONT?

Please reserve a spot as early as you can because our facility is a boutique studio where we respect personal space and limit the number of participants to make sure everyone is seen and have enough space to practice.

We offer early bird discounts and discounts for our studio members.

In case you decided to join the workshop but it is already full please sign up for the waitlist and reach to the studio via info@solaryouyoga.com. In case some participants will have to skip it we will reach out to you with the invitation. We will fully refund to waitlist participants if they did not get their spot in the workshop.
